Botox & Dysport
Neuromodulator treatment for lines and wrinkles, dosed to your face by a National Clinical Trainer — not a flat per-area package.
Aesthetics
Founder-led by a National Clinical Trainer · Paradise Valley / Scottsdale · Est. 2021
Botox, filler, Sculptra and medical-grade skincare — planned by Katie Manhardt, FNP-C, a board-certified nurse practitioner who trains other injectors nationally for Galderma and Prollenium. Every plan starts with ultrasound-guided mapping, not a menu of add-ons. Tell us your goal, and we'll match you to a plan before you're asked to book anything.
Treatments
Every treatment explains who it suits, what it feels like, downtime to expect and pricing — before you're asked to book anything.
Neuromodulator treatment for lines and wrinkles, dosed to your face by a National Clinical Trainer — not a flat per-area package.
Juvederm and RHA filler placed after ultrasound-guided mapping — full-face balancing for volume that reads as yours, not "done."
Collagen biostimulator that rebuilds volume gradually over months — a long-game investment for patients who want structure, not a filled look.
Injectable deoxycholic acid that dissolves stubborn submental fat under the chin — no surgery, permanent results after a short series.
Hyaluronidase to correct or reverse prior filler work elsewhere — an honest second opinion before any new product goes in.
FDA-cleared microneedling that improves texture, tone and fine lines — often paired with PRF for faster, more visible collagen response.
Platelet-rich fibrin from your own blood — injected or microneedled for natural under-eye rejuvenation and skin quality, no synthetic filler.
Medium-depth peel for pigmentation, acne scarring and overall tone — paired with ZO Skin Health for maintenance between sessions.
Katie's Undetectable Enhancement approach — ultrasound mapping and a written plan across the whole face before a single injection.

Medical-grade skincare is high-margin revenue for any injectables practice — and the part of KORA's current site that the homepage journey barely surfaces. Every product card here earns KORA Rewards points automatically.
KORA Rewards
Because leaving costs them something. Every dollar on treatments and skincare earns credit against the next visit — automatically, with no card to carry.

Question 1 of 5
What is your primary aesthetic goal?
Your first visit
Twenty to thirty minutes with Katie or Dana. We review your history, map your face with ultrasound where filler is involved, and tell you honestly whether the treatment you booked is the right one.
Performed in our private Cochise Office Park suite. You're told what you'll feel before it happens, and what to expect for the next 24–48 hours before you leave.
Written aftercare by email, the home-care products that support your result, and your next appointment booked before you walk out — or later, from your phone.
Meet your founder
Founder & Lead Injector · Galderma & Prollenium National Clinical Trainer
Katie is a board-certified nurse practitioner with 8+ years in aesthetics who treats more than 2,000 patients a year. After building her career in Ohio, she opened KORA in Paradise Valley in 2021 to practice her own philosophy — Khôra, the idea of becoming before being — full-face balancing over single-area fixes. She now trains other injectors nationally for Galderma and Prollenium, teaching the same ultrasound-guided mapping and "Undetectable Enhancement" protocol she uses on every KORA patient, part of what locals call the "Scottsdale Natural" look.

"Katie mapped my face with ultrasound before touching a needle — nobody else in Scottsdale has explained filler placement to me like that. Completely natural result."Verified Google review · Sample layout
"Dana did my Botox and it looked exactly like Katie's work — same precision, same undetectable result. You can tell the whole team trains to one standard."Verified Google review · Sample layout
"Knowing Katie trains other injectors nationally for Galderma gave me real confidence walking in. My Sculptra results built in gradually — exactly as she described."Verified Google review · Sample layout

Questions
Each phrased the way a patient types into Google or asks an AI assistant — deliberate, because that's how a page gets quoted as the answer.
At KORA, Botox and Dysport are priced transparently from $13 per unit, dosed to your face at consultation rather than sold as a flat "per area" package. Most full-face treatments run between 40–60 units depending on your anatomy and goals. Paradise Valley and Scottsdale med spas generally range $12–$18 per unit; your exact quote is confirmed before you book, not after.
Both are neuromodulators that relax the muscles causing expression lines, but they differ slightly in molecule size, onset speed and spread — Dysport often shows results a day or two faster and can diffuse slightly more, which suits larger areas like the forehead. Katie recommends based on your muscle strength, treatment area and past response, not a one-size-fits-all default.
It's Katie's facial-balancing philosophy: mapping your face with ultrasound before injecting, treating volume loss across the whole face rather than one line or lip at a time, and dosing conservatively so results read as rested and like-you rather than "done." It's the same protocol she teaches other injectors nationally as a Galderma and Prollenium Clinical Trainer.
Hyaluronidase dissolving is a quick in-office injection, typically well-tolerated with a local numbing option available. It's most often used to correct filler placed elsewhere, or to reset before new product goes in. Katie reviews your prior filler history and imaging at consultation so dissolving is precise, not a guess.
Yes. Every new patient starts with a complimentary facial-balancing consultation with Katie or Dana — an honest assessment, ultrasound mapping where filler is involved, and written pricing before any treatment begins. No pressure to book same-day.
